  3. Device – an electronic device through which the user accesses the Administrator’s website.
  4. User – a subject for whom, according to Terms and Services and legal regulations, services may be provided by electronic means or with whom an Agreement of provision of services by electronic means may be concluded.

IIApplication of cookies

  1. Administrator applies Cookie files through the website.
  2. Information gathered based on Cookies is used for the purposes of optimization of website functioning, as well as for statistical and advertising purposes.
  3. Cookie files register a user’s activity by recognising the device, which allows to display the website in an optimised way adjusted to user’s individual preferences.

    2. Permanent Cookies: they are stored on the User’s device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending of the browser session or turning off of the device does not cause them to be removed from the device. The mechanism of permanent Cookies does not enable a download of any personal details or any confidential information from User’s device.

IIIWays of determining the conditions of storing or accessing cookies

  1. A User has a possibility to limit or restrict the access of Cookie files to their device. In case of opting for such an option, using the website will be possible, apart from the functionalities that by their nature require application of Cookie files.
  2. A User can by themselves and at any point change the settings regarding Cookie files by determining the conditions of their storage and of access of Cookies to the User’s device. The changes of the settings mentioned above can be done via internet browser or service configuration. In particular, those settings can be modified in such a way that an automated managing of Cookies will be blocked in browser settings or that the User will be notified of any instance of saving Cookies on the device.
