Our list of integrations has been expanded by a new position – a two-way integration with the Czech marketplace Mall.cz. This is great news for all our users planning to develop their businesses in the Czech market.
The Mall.cz marketplace is part of Mall Group, the largest e-commerce group in Central Europe. Mall Group is active in 9 markets and serviced 14 mln orders in 2020.
What are the advantages of integrating BaseLinker with Mall.cz?
The integration we have prepared allows you to list multiple marketplace offers at once and conveniently manage the orders from Mall.cz. Sellers who are already familiar with our system can easily implement a new sales channel to try and succeed on another platform.
Find out the functionalities of our integration:
- listing thousands of offers based on products from any warehouse (store, wholesaler, BaseLinker warehouse, ERP system),
- managing the Mall.cz offers in one place,
- import of offers listed directly through Mall.cz into the BaseLinker panel,
- synchronisation of stocks and prices in offers according to data in the warehouse,
- automatic download of orders from Mall.cz accounts to BaseLinker Order Manager,
- possibility to transfer orders from the marketplace to the online store,
- option to automatically forward the tracking number to Mall.cz (after the package is shipped in BaseLinker),
- linking order statuses – a change of order status in BaseLinker will change the status in the marketplace.

In the near future, there will also be a courier integration with Mall Delivery which will enable fast delivery of orders from Mall using the shipping companies offered by the marketplace.
