QuickBooks – integrate with online accounting


The list of integrations with online accounting systems has been expanded with a new module: QuickBooks. It is one of the world’s leading online accounting services, operating in many markets (including USA, UK, Canada, Australia) and reaching millions of users. The range of QuickBooks possibilities is vast and at the same time flexible, therefore both small and large companies can benefit from this offer.

New module added to our panel allows for easy integration between BaseLinker Order Manager and QuickBooks service. The plugin allows all invoices issued in our system to be forwarded to the accounting platform at any time.

Learn about selected features of the BaseLinker – QuickBooks integration:

  • export invoices and receipts
  • indicate which numbering series should be skipped during export
  • set the content type of the comment submitted to the accounting service, e.g. order ID, transaction number
  • download a PDF of the invoice for printing or mailing to the customer
  • forward invoices in PDF directly to the marketplace platform

In order to use the plugin, you need to have a QuickBooks account.

The new integration is available in the BaseLinker panel in the IntegrationsAccounting section.
