. Comarch ERP to BaseLinker EEC (E-commerce ERP Connector) is a tool allowing to easily transfer orders from BaseLinker to your Comarch ERP.
. Additionally, with EEC you will be able to transfer data about items, prices and stock levels from Comarch ERP to BaseLinker.

EEC will be great for in retail and manufacturing enterprises, which are already using or are just going to use BaseLinker.
Combining Comarch ERP and BaseLinker is a great way to automate online sales in various marketplace channels or online stores.
Apart from launching EEC linker, our consultants will help you configure the whole solution,
. because we have BaseLinker Implementation Authorization, and we are Comarch Authorized Partner.


EEC has the following functionalities:

• Sending orders from BaseLinker to Comarch ERP in such a way that it is easy to identify the sales channel they come from.
• Transmitting selected article directories from Comarch ERP to BaseLinker.
• Transmitting any number of price lists from Comarch ERP to BaseLinker.

• Transmitting inventory information from any number of storages from Comarch ERP to BaseLinker.

• Sending of waybill numbers (courier shipments) from Comarch ERP to BaseLinker.

• Compliance with VAT OSS procedure.

The integration is maintained and sold by an external company Pomorska Grupa Informatyczna Sp. Z o. O
The integrator synchronizes:
- product groups from the selected division.
- goods with features made available at the selected center.
- photos of goods, descriptions.
- stock levels from selected or selected storages.
- product prices from selected storages.
- orders from BaseLinker to Altum for selected or all statuses, returns from Altum forwards the statuses of order fulfillment to BaseLinker.
- data about customers and payments, it is possible to import payment specifications from Allegro directly to Altum

The integration is performed, maintained and sold by a third-party e-merge company


Main program functionalities are synchronizations:

• Items (description, category, price, VAT rate, code, EAN, name and others)

• Stocks (support for multiple storages, schedule or after each change in the database, availability status, storage status, reservations)
• Orders (ID, number, origin, different contractor record models, shipping addresses, additional fields, currencies, rates, on-the-fly stock transfers, VAT, descriptions, status changes, payments and more)

• Commercial documents (the ability to auto fulfill orders based on status changes in BaseLinker, creating MM, FV, sending pdf to BaseLinker and others)
