Labelcall is a mobile application that streamlines the customer service process. Labelcall's integration with BaseLinker gives access to information about the caller's transactions even before the call is answered, thus simplifying the process of customer verification and order search. Labelcall allows you to automatically associate the caller's telephone number with the corresponding order in BaseLinker (both on the smartphone screen and on the computer monitor). This allows the seller to greet the customer by name and provide information about the order even before asking the first question.

< p>It is possible to personalize the application by selecting the data needed to be displayed on the screen during a call from the client, e.g.
  • Status of the order
  • Delivery method
  • Link to the order
  • Customer login
  • Customer's first or last name
  • Order note
  • Payment type
  • another

The integration was prepared by the Labelcall team and supported by Support Labelcall.
The application is available for Android. It requires users to provide a mobile number to register for the service, and basic access is free.
