How can I use the Discount? During registration for the trial period, in the form on the TeleCube website, under the contact details, please check the box "I want to use the TeleCube promotion (including promotional codes)!" and in the following field, enter the Promotional Code: BaseLinker (the letters are case-insensitive). Only companies that have never used TeleCube may use the Discount.

Integration is available from the TeleCube side:

  1. Please log in to the TeleCube Client Panel and go to "TeleCube PRO" > "External integration".
  2. Select "BaseLinker" from the available integrations and confirm the integration activation.
  3. In the appropriate field, complete the login address of your BaseLinker account.
  4. Without closing the previous tab, open a new one and log in to BaseLinker as Administrator, then by clicking the arrow next to your company name in the top right corner, go to "My Account" > "API".
  5. Generate and copy the API token and paste it in the appropriate place in the TeleCube Client Panel and save the integration by clicking the green "Save" button.
  6. Check the related SIP accounts and their configurations. If missing in the list of extensions, check if they are associated with TeleCube SIP application.
