After entering the customer card, Thulium displays information about the customer and the order. When contacting the customer by phone, the employee has immediate access to the required data, which speeds up the support process. If a buyer uses different logins on several services, but uses the same e-mail address, Thulium is able to identify him as the very same person.

Integration is available from the Thulium side - it relies on synchronization of Thulium and BaseLinker customer databases. Subsequent synchronization of new customers / orders will take place automatically every half hour.
