Orders from Cel.ro can be handled in the BaseLinker Order Manager or forwarded to the store / ERP. Zendesk is a CRM system for comprehensive customer service management. The integration displays customer orders from BaseLinker directly in the Zendesk dashboard as part of an additional info block. The connection is based on the e-mail address. Thanks to this, during the correspondence with the customer, you can have a parallel view of his orders without having to switch between systems and search for a given order.

• From the side block, you can conveniently go to the correct order card in BaseLinker.
