The Ceneo platform is mainly known as a price comparison engine, but did you know that it is also a thriving marketplace? Buyers can place orders directly on the Ceneo website. The website can serve as a valuable sales channel, especially as it is possible to place offers without online store.

Integration with Ceneo is a two-way integration that allows downloading orders from the marketplace to the BaseLinker panel, as well as listing and synchronizing offers. When issuing, you can use your store's storage, BaseLinker storage, storage or external ERP system. Orders downloaded from Ceneo can be handled from the level of Order Manager in BaseLinker or forwarded to the store / ERP. There are no restrictions on the number of accounts Ceneo connected - you can add as much as you need within the business, without affecting the subscription amount.

Thanks to the integration of the BaseLinker system with Ceneo you can:

  • post thousands of offers with a few clicks,
  • synchronize stocks and prices to Ceneo according to your storage,
  • download orders and handle them in BaseLinker,
  • forward orders to the store or ERP,
  • handle orders quickly and without errors with the help of the Pick&Pack Assistant,
  • use automatic actions that take care of you when handling orders,
  • issue invoices and receipts for downloaded orders,
  • send packages to selected carriers,
  • recognize the caller who made the purchase in Ceneo thanks to the BaseLinker Caller application.

A considerable advantage of integrating BaseLinker with Ceneo is the possibility to list offers even without seller involvement. There is no need to fill out the listing form - offers are created automatically when products appear in stock and the conditions set by the seller are met. You can use this solution for selected or all new products.

Labelcall is a mobile application that streamlines the customer service process. Labelcall's integration with BaseLinker gives access to information about the caller's transactions even before the call is answered, thus simplifying the process of customer verification and order search. Labelcall allows you to automatically associate the caller's telephone number with the corresponding order in BaseLinker (both on the smartphone screen and on the computer monitor). This allows the seller to greet the customer by name and provide information about the order even before asking the first question.
