Integration with Conforama is a two-way integration that offers downloading orders from the marketplace to the BaseLinker panel, as well as listing and synchronizing offers. For listing you can use your store's warehouse, BaseLinker warehouse, wholesaler or external ERP system. Orders from Conforama can be handled in the BaseLinker Order Manager or forwarded to the store / ERP. The number of Conforama connected accounts is unlimited - you can add as many accounts as you need within your business, without affecting the subscription amount.

Using artificial intelligence and predictive analysis, the Rating Captain allows you to quickly evaluate your business and implement improvements in your business.
How does the integration work?
Rating Captain gets order statuses from a given BaseLinker account to determine which status represents a completed order, where a request for review should be sent. Then, every few minutes, RatingCaptain queries the BaseLinker API and retrieves the id and email of orders that have changed status to completed. Review requests for these orders are queued and sent.
