Integration with eBay is a two-way integration that offers downloading orders from the marketplace to the BaseLinker panel, as well as listing and synchronizing offers. For listing you can use your store's warehouse, BaseLinker warehouse, wholesaler or external ERP system. Orders from eBay can be handled in the BaseLinker Order Manager or forwarded to the store / ERP. The number of eBay connected accounts is unlimited - you can add as many accounts as you need within your business, without affecting the subscription amount.

Integrating BaseLinker with eBay offers:

In BaseLinker you can configure separate shipping templates for each eBay portal (ebay.pl, ebay.com, ebay.de etc). The template is automatically completed on the listing form, so the offer creating process takes much less time. Only BaseLinker features listing eBay offers visually equivalent to offers listed on Allegro. BaseLinker also gives you the opportunity to take advantage of many powerful options for managing eBay offers (making bulk changes to multiple offers at once).

Labelcall is a mobile application that streamlines the customer service process. Labelcall's integration with BaseLinker gives access to information about the caller's transactions even before the call is answered, thus simplifying the process of customer verification and order search. Labelcall allows you to automatically associate the caller's telephone number with the corresponding order in BaseLinker (both on the smartphone screen and on the computer monitor). This allows the seller to greet the customer by name and provide information about the order even before asking the first question.
