Integration with eMAG is a two-way integration that offers downloading orders from the marketplace to the BaseLinker panel, as well as listing and synchronizing offers. For listing you can use your store's warehouse, BaseLinker warehouse, wholesaler or external ERP system. Orders from eMAG can be handled in the BaseLinker Order Manager or forwarded to the store / ERP. The number of eMAG connected accounts is unlimited - you can add as many accounts as you need within your business, without affecting the subscription amount.

Integrating BaseLinker with eMAG offers:

  • listing thousands of offers with just a few clicks
  • to synchronize quantities and prices on eMAG according to your stock
  • downloading and handling orders in BaseLinker
  • forwarding orders to the store or ERP

An additional asset of the integration is the possibility of submitting order statuses from BaseLinker to the eMag platform and sending an invoice PDF directly to the marketplace.

Responso allows you to manage messages from different sources in one panel - it collects messages from Amazon, Allegro, email inboxes and Facebook, among others. It also has a useful autoresponder function.

Integration with Responso also makes it easier to work in the BaseLinker panel itself. By the order card in the BaseLinker panel you can see all correspondence with the customer from Responso with the possibility of continuing the conversation directly in BaseLinker. Additionally, in the 'Orders' tab you can see the 'Responso' subcategory along with information about how many messages are waiting for a response.
