Integration with Gruper is a two-way integration that offers downloading orders from the marketplace to the BaseLinker panel, as well as listing and synchronizing offers. For listing you can use your store's warehouse, BaseLinker warehouse, wholesaler or external ERP system. Orders from Gruper can be handled in the BaseLinker Order Manager or forwarded to the store / ERP. The number of Gruper connected accounts is unlimited - you can add as many accounts as you need within your business, without affecting the subscription amount.

Integrating BaseLinker with Gruper offers:

Integration with the Gruper platform does not require any login or data entry. Download orders from Gruper to the Order Manager by importing an order file. These will be downloaded immediately to your specified status. BaseLinker also allows you to quickly export dispatched orders with tracking numbers back to Gruper.

Labelcall is a mobile application that streamlines the customer service process. Labelcall's integration with BaseLinker gives access to information about the caller's transactions even before the call is answered, thus simplifying the process of customer verification and order search. Labelcall allows you to automatically associate the caller's telephone number with the corresponding order in BaseLinker (both on the smartphone screen and on the computer monitor). This allows the seller to greet the customer by name and provide information about the order even before asking the first question.
