BaseLinker integrations with ERP programs are provided by external companies. BaseLinker does not create its own integrators of this type. Below you can find external integrators available for purchase from Helios iNuvio. The integrator connects with the BaseLinker API and ERP database to exchange information. The integrator cost and the billing method depends on the software provider.

Orders
WAREHOUSE (import)
Integration is provided by PC HELP, a.s., which is a long-standing certified partner of Asseco Solutions, a.s. for the implementation and support of the HELIOS iNuvio system (formerly HELIOS Orange).

The company develops its own add-on solutions for various areas, including e-commerce, warehousing, manufacturing or energy.

The HELIOS BaseLinker connector provides automatic data synchronization between the HELIOS iNuvio ERP and the BaseLinker.
Transferring products from ERP to BaseLinker:

- basic and external attributes,
- parameters/properties,
- images,
- VAT rates,
- EAN,
- Prices (full prices, different price levels and currencies - e.g. for different markets).
Update inventory from ERP to BaseLinker (including support for multiple storages).

Transfer orders from BaseLinker to ERP.

Update order statuses.
Ability to set up organizations from orders.
Many other individual settings related to a given HELIOS iNuvio ERP implementation.
The range of connections can be individually extended and modified if necessary.

1. received orders - Synchronization of received orders from BaseLinker to Helios iNuvio ERP system

2. Issued invoices - Synchronization of issued invoices from Helios iNuvio ERP system to BaseLinker

3. stock availability - Synchronize product inventory from Helios iNuvio ERP system to BaseLinker via EAN, SKU or other identifier

4. product cards - Synchronization of product cards (product name, descriptions, parameters, prices, images, ...) from Helios iNuvio ERP system to BaseLinker

If you want to integrate other programs, we can extend the integration with other options.
syncAgent works in the cloud. The integration is then monitored.
Data synchronization can be done in daily, hourly, minute intervals.
