Integration with Miinto is a two-way integration that offers downloading orders from the marketplace to the BaseLinker panel, as well as listing and synchronizing offers. For listing you can use your store's warehouse, BaseLinker warehouse, wholesaler or external ERP system. Orders from Miinto can be handled in the BaseLinker Order Manager or forwarded to the store / ERP. The number of Miinto connected accounts is unlimited - you can add as many accounts as you need within your business, without affecting the subscription amount.

Integrating BaseLinker with Miinto offers:

In Miinto the order must be accepted by the seller (if there are several sellers on offer, the first one to accept the order will have to complete it). With BaseLinker it is possible to accept orders automatically (there is no need for manual confirmation). Miinto will receive such information from BaseLinker, and the order will become visible in the BaseLinker user panel. Note that in this integration, it is Miinto service that indicates which carrier to choose for a given order.

Thulium is a call center and e-support system.The integration of Thulium platform with BaseLinker simplifies the customer service management. The customer inquiries are processed in one virtual contact center.

Thulium downloads basic customer information from the BaseLinker system, as well as allows real-time collection of summarized buyer's orders. After entering the customer card, Thulium displays information about the customer and the order. When contacting the customer by phone, the employee has immediate access to the required data, which speeds up the support process. If a buyer uses different logins on several services, but uses the same e-mail address, Thulium is able to identify him as the very same person.

Integration is available from the Thulium side - it relies on synchronization of Thulium and BaseLinker customer databases. Subsequent synchronization of new customers / orders will take place automatically every half hour.
