Integration with Miinto is a two-way integration that offers downloading orders from the marketplace to the BaseLinker panel, as well as listing and synchronizing offers. For listing you can use your store's warehouse, BaseLinker warehouse, wholesaler or external ERP system. Orders from Miinto can be handled in the BaseLinker Order Manager or forwarded to the store / ERP. The number of Miinto connected accounts is unlimited - you can add as many accounts as you need within your business, without affecting the subscription amount.

In Miinto the order must be accepted by the seller (if there are several sellers on offer, the first one to accept the order will have to complete it). With BaseLinker it is possible to accept orders automatically (there is no need for manual confirmation). Miinto will receive such information from BaseLinker, and the order will become visible in the BaseLinker user panel. Note that in this integration, it is Miinto service that indicates which carrier to choose for a given order.

Zendesk is a CRM system for comprehensive customer service management. The integration displays customer orders from BaseLinker directly in the Zendesk dashboard as part of an additional info block. The connection is based on the e-mail address. Thanks to this, during the correspondence with the customer, you can have a parallel view of his orders without having to switch between systems and search for a given order.

  • The add-on shows the order number, date and its status, which allows you to improve customer service.
  • From the side block, you can conveniently go to the correct order card in BaseLinker.
  • The add-on allows you to create a new order for a given customer directly from the Zendesk panel without going to the BaseLinker panel.
