Integration with OtoMoto enables the listing of vehicle parts via BaseLinker. It is not dedicated to the listing of vehicle sales.

OtoMoto integration allows listing offers in OtoMoto platform and stock synchronization between offers and the warehouse. During the listing process you can use any product source, e.g. store or BaseLinker warehouse, wholesaler or ERP. With the help of BaseLinker you can list dozens of offers with a few clicks!

What does the integration of Call Center Online with BaseLinker provide:

  • Cyclical, automatic synchronization of orders and customers between a shop connected to BaseLinker and the Call Center Online customer service system.
  • Download information from BaseLinker to Customer Card in Call Center Online system.
  • Ability to change order status in BaseLinker from Call Center Online Customer Card.
  • Ability to add a note from Call Center Online Customer Card to the order in BaseLinker when contacting a customer.
  • Communication by phone / SMS / e-mail to contractors from orders imported from BaseLinker.
  • Monitoring of customer service processes.
