Integration OTOMOTO with InvoiceOcean

Integration with OtoMoto enables the listing of vehicle parts via BaseLinker. It is not dedicated to the listing of vehicle sales.

OtoMoto integration allows listing offers in OtoMoto platform and stock synchronization between offers and the warehouse. During the listing process you can use any product source, e.g. store or BaseLinker warehouse, wholesaler or ERP. With the help of BaseLinker you can list dozens of offers with a few clicks!

A considerable advantage of integrating BaseLinker with OtoMoto is the possibility to list offers even without seller involvement. There is no need to fill out the listing form - offers are created automatically when products appear in stock and the conditions set by the seller are met. You can use this solution for selected or all new products.

BaseLinker provides tools for efficient issuing and handling of invoices and receipts. Generate documents with ease for multi-channel orders and forward them to InvoiceOcean. Issue invoices for single orders or in bulk for the entire list. The system may do this task for you - just set up an appropriate automatic actions so invoices and receipts can be generated automatically. If you sell across foreign countries markets, BaseLinker will help you issue invoices in different languages, with different numbering series and VAT rates.

Integrating InvoiceOcean offers:

• forwarding invoices created in the BaseLinker to InvoiceOcean and generating appropriate invoices specific to the accounting system
• export invoices to InvoiceOcean in the most convenient way for you: either automatically when you create a document or in bulk with manual export
