We offer a fully automatic connection between BaseLinker and the Pohoda system, including advanced features and customizability to your company's processes. Whether you just want to manage warehousing and accounting in Cool, or manage all BaseLinker content and handle orders and shipping, our solution can provide it.
It is possible to send: order and/or invoice to Pohoda, change order status back to BaseLinker, configure shipments in BaseLinker via Pohoda and upload tracking numbers, ability to upload PDF invoices from Pohoda to BaseLinker, if invoices are mainly issued in Pohoda update inventory, including support for multiple storages, transfer of prices, including support for multiple price lists and price actions transfer of product catalog, including images, descriptions and parameter pairing from Pohoda to BaseLinker, transfer of product category tree to BaseLinker possibility of reverse transfer of products from BaseLinker to Pohoda, including images and categories.
We can modify the connection to work with other Pohoda extensions, such as shipment export systems. Of course, we support different tax systems.

The Pohoda Connector for BaseLinker allows selected data to be exchanged and updated between ES Pohoda and BaseLinker via an API.

The "BaseLinker Mini" system downloads orders directly to the ERP, including EU VAT registration, OSS, full product list, storage link, catalog link, quotation, margin verification, VAT rate control. The process can be freely extended, for example, with validation or other automated activities.

(Optional) The system can automatically upload a PDF of this document to BaseLinker after creating a bill or invoice so that it is available to the customer. And it can email it to the customer or possibly send the document to an archive/e-store and the like.


(Optional) The system can automatically update all the data on the product card (name, prices, category, code, EAN, labels, images, ...)

(Optional) The system can automatically update inventory. It works with reservations, pending orders, or maybe it observes minimum stock limits. Support for multiple storages is a matter of course.

(Optional) The system can automatically retrieve categories from any source (e-store, other system, WMS) and upload them to BaseLinker for transparency when browsing products.

(Optional) The system can automatically upload price lists from Pohoda ERP system. There can be a simple import tool from XLSX to ERP for easy price import.

(Optional) The system can automatically set order statuses and upload all logistics information for shipment tracking.

The "BaseLinker All Inclusive" system downloads orders directly into the ERP, including EU VAT registration, OSS, full product list, storage link, catalog link, quotation, margin verification, VAT rate control. The process can be extended at will, for example, to include validation or other automated activities.

Once a bill or invoice is created, the system automatically uploads this document to BaseLinker PDF so that it is available to the customer. And it can email it to the customer or possibly send the document to an archive/e-store and the like.

The system automatically updates all the data on the product card (name, price, category, code, EAN, labels, images,...)

Downloading received orders and importing them into ES POHODA + related conversion and matching to Transport, payment form, possible discounts, etc., matching goods to stock cards with the possibility of matching or even dividing goods into several storages is a matter of course.
Status changes Received orders and their export back to BaseLinker including package numbers and type of transport.
Printing of issued invoices in PDF format and their export from Pohoda to BaseLinker for the end customer.

Invoice transfer transfers all issued invoices, including advance invoices and notes, to the accounting system in all set currencies. Invoices are transferred daily, early in the morning, in a single transfer.

When transferring, we can optionally

• associate an invoice item with a product in the price list,
• submit appropriate orders, including cancellation of reservations,
• create stock shipments,

We offer a comprehensive connection with order, product and inventory transfer and separate invoice transfer.

The comprehensive solution provides automatically:

• transfer of received orders and their changes to Pohoda,
• transfer of the product catalog from the online store to Pohoda,
• marking of the shipped order in the online store,
• reservation of ordered goods in the storage in Pohoda,
• transfer of inventory from Pohoda to BaseLinker,

Orders are transferred every 15 minutes, inventory after order transfer or every hour, products are synchronized every night. The link can be used for multiple e-stores connected to one billed company. The integration has advanced configuration and can be customized according to your processes and needs. With additional integration, we can tag paid orders by payment of selected banks.

Integration with the POHODA accounting system is done through the ERP integration platform syncAgent.

The integration is then monitored. Data synchronization can be done in daily, hourly, minute intervals.
