BaseLinker integrations with ERP programs are provided by external companies. BaseLinker does not create its own integrators of this type. Below you can find external integrators available for purchase from POHODA. The integrator connects with the BaseLinker API and ERP database to exchange information. The integrator cost and the billing method depends on the software provider.

Orders
WAREHOUSE (import)
The link automatically transfers orders, products and product inventory in the BaseLinker platform e-store and POHODA accounting system.

Link automatically transfers all issued invoices, advance invoices and credit notes created in BaseLinker to POHODA accounting system. It transfers documents issued in all set currencies.

Integration with the POHODA accounting system is done through the ERP integration platform syncAgent.

2. issued invoices - Synchronization of issued invoices from POHODA accounting system to BaseLinker

3. inventory availability - Synchronization of product inventory from POHODA accounting system to BaseLinker via EAN, SKU or other identifier

4. product cards - Synchronize product cards (product name, descriptions, parameters, prices, images, ...) from POHODA accounting system to BaseLinker
If you want to integrate other agendas, we can extend the integration with other options.
syncAgent works in the cloud. The integration is then monitored.
Data synchronization can be done in daily, hourly, minute intervals.
