Integration Pricemania.cz with CRM Bitrix24

Integrating BaseLinker with Pricemania.cz allows you to quickly list multiple offers in selected product categories. During listing process you can use any product source like BaseLinker warehouse, store warehouse, wholesaler or ERP. Thanks to BaseLinker's integration with Pricemania.cz, stocks and prices in your offer will always be up-to-date and consistent with data you have in stock. Clear layout of information in BaseLinker panel will allow you to quickly verify which products already have offers on Pricemania.cz platform. Additionally, you can download offers previously listed directly on the marketplace to BaseLinker and manage them all from our system. After a simple integration connection in your panel in section Integrations → Marketplace, you can immediately use the possibilities of the module.

Bitrix24 is a CRM system to improve e-commerce customer service. You can connect email boxes, instant messaging, FB fanpage, VoIP telephony to have a 360 degree view of your customer's order and historical communication when they contact you. BaseLinker integration with Bitrix24 allows you to download all current and archived orders to Bitrix24. Based on customer data from the order, a contact card is created in the Bitrix24 CRM, and based on invoice data from the order, a Company card is created. All fields visible in the BaseLinker order are available in the Bitrix24 deal card. At intervals of 5 minutes, two-way synchronization between systems takes place. Deal card is also completed with products and their prices, which enables sales analysis.
