Orders from Shopee can be handled in the BaseLinker Order Manager or forwarded to the store / ERP. How does the integration work?
Rating Captain gets order statuses from a given BaseLinker account to determine which status represents a completed order, where a request for review should be sent. Then, every few minutes, RatingCaptain queries the BaseLinker API and retrieves the id and email of orders that have changed status to completed. Review requests for these orders are queued and sent.
