Integration Shopee with TeleCube

BaseLinker & Shopee integration supports the following markets: BR.

Integration with Shopee is a two-way integration that offers downloading orders from the marketplace to the BaseLinker panel, as well as listing and synchronizing offers. For listing you can use your store's warehouse, BaseLinker warehouse, wholesaler or external ERP system. Orders from Shopee can be handled in the BaseLinker Order Manager or forwarded to the store / ERP. The number of Shopee connected accounts is unlimited - you can add as many accounts as you need within your business, without affecting the subscription amount.

Integrating BaseLinker with Shopee offers:

• listing thousands of offers with just a few clicks
• to synchronize quantities and prices on Shopee according to your stock
• downloading and handling orders in BaseLinker
• forwarding orders to the store or ERP
• forwarding shipping numbers to Shopee
• handling orders quickly and without errors with the help of the Pick&Pack Assistant

• issuing invoices and receipts for downloaded orders

TeleCube Telephony is a VoIP operator, offering telecom solutions for Business Customers. The key product is the Virtual Call Centre, which allows, among others, for call queuing, IVR, call recording or teleconferences. TeleCube also offers, among others, Mini VoIP Package or SIP Trunk service.

B>TeleCube offers the BaseLinker customers services with an extended trial period and additional funds for test calls:

• Virtual PBX - 21-day test period and PLN 5.00 net for test calls,
• Mini VoIP package - test period of 21 days and PLN 1.50 net for test calls,
• SIP Trunk 10 (10 city numbers and 10 channels) - 14-day test period and PLN 3.00 net for test calls

How can I use the Discount? During registration for the trial period, in the form on the TeleCube website, under the contact details, please check the box "I want to use the TeleCube promotion (including promotional codes)!" and in the following field, enter the Promotional Code: BaseLinker (the letters are case-insensitive). Only companies that have never used TeleCube may use the Discount.

Integration is available from the TeleCube side:

1. Please log in to the TeleCube Client Panel and go to "TeleCube PRO" > "External integration".
2. Select "BaseLinker" from the available integrations and confirm the integration activation.
3. In the appropriate field, complete the login address of your BaseLinker account.
4. Without closing the previous tab, open a new one and log in to BaseLinker as Administrator, then by clicking the arrow next to your company name in the top right corner, go to "My Account" > "API".
5. Generate and copy the API token and paste it in the appropriate place in the TeleCube Client Panel and save the integration by clicking the green "Save" button.
6. Check the related SIP accounts and their configurations. If missing in the list of extensions, check if they are associated with TeleCube SIP application.
