BaseLinker integrations with ERP programs are provided by external companies. BaseLinker does not create its own integrators of this type. Below you can find external integrators available for purchase from Enova365. The integrator connects with the BaseLinker API and ERP database to exchange information. The integrator cost and the billing method depends on the software provider.

The integration is made, maintained and sold by an external company e-merge

The main functionalities of the program are synchronizations:

  • Goods and goods variants (description, category, price, VAT rate, code, EAN, name, alternative names, weight, additional fields, sets, additional tags, images and others)
  • Stocks (support for multiple storages, schedule or after each change in the database, availability stocks, stock levels, reservations, external stock levels, documents from suppliers)
  • Orders (ID, number, origin, various counterparty record models, shipping addresses, additional fields, currencies, VAT rates, on-the-fly storage transfers, descriptions, status changes, payments, splitting orders into multiple storages, mapping costs and shipment types, and more)
  • Commercial documents (ability to auto-fulfill orders based on status changes in BaseLinker, creation of MM and other documents, FV, receipts, automatic printing of PAR/FV, pdf upload to BaseLinker and others)
  • Possibility to prepare individual synchronization of selected parameters, or documents

ERPIT eCommerce add-on enables integration with ERP enova365.

The following functionalities are supported:

  • exchange merchandise data between BaseLinker and enova365
  • purchase orders
  • exporting invoices
  • downloading invoices
  • handling of undefined goods
  • changing order statuses
  • handling of multiple stock levels
  • handling of multiple price lists
  • mapping of payment methods
  • export of invoices to enova365 accounting module

With these functionalities, it is possible to implement a complete e-Commerce solution, in which not only sales, but also storage management is supported. Our add-on is all the time developed and adapted to changes in BaseLinker as well as in enova365.
The system can be further developed using our other add-ons such as ERPIT Scan WMS.
