In BaseLinker, you can create an automatic action to identify customers who have placed other orders within a specified time frame. To do this, use the condition Customer has other orders.
The available time intervals are:
- last 10 or 30 minutes;
- last 1 hour, 3, 8, or 24 hours;
- last 2, 3, 7, 14, 30, or 60 days.
The condition Customer has other orders is available for each event when creating/editing automation for orders in the Other section.
Examples of usage
- Changing the status when a customer places multiple orders on the same day to send them as one package.
- Marking the order with a star if the customer has made another purchase within the last 2 months to immediately recognize that they are a returning customer.
