GDPR information notices

In order to ensure that personal data are processed by BaseLinker sp. z o.o. pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), i.e. GDPR, we comply with information obligations in relation to persons whose data we process, including by providing information notices.

Information notices include inter alia information on the controller, the scope, purpose of and legal basis for processing, recipients of data and your rights.

Information notices are addressed to the categories of individuals listed below - if you are one of them, read the relevant information clause:

• I am a business partner of BaseLinker sp. z o.o. being a sole proprietor
• I am an employee or associate of BaseLinker sp. z o.o.’s business partner delegated to execute or perform an agreement between the business partner and BaseLinker sp. z o.o.
• I am a client or potential client of BaseLinker sp. z o.o.
• I am a candidate for employee or associate of BaseLinker sp. z o.o.
