You can store your photos directly on the BaseLinker server - you don't need to use external hosting.
... but you'd like to list an unusual to your store range of products, you can add new products to BaseLinker's warehouse and then list them directly to the selected marketplace. Normally, you will use a store warehouse visible in BaseLinker as an external, connected warehouse.
Import products into BaseLinker's warehouse in your preferred way: manually, by importing offers with the option of creating products in the warehouse or using XML or CSV file (of any structure).
Use the export feature to back up your warehouse, prepare a list of products for stocktaking, or collect the necessary data to work in an external program. Choose from our default export formats or prepare your own template with the desired content.
We offer a high-speed API that allows you to add or remove products, categories or variants, as well as retrieve other data. API can be used to connect the warehouse to external systems and databases, e.g. ERP software.
Do you offer your products in various channels and worry about stock discrepancies? The system takes care of quantity synchronization for you. Each confirmed order reduces the product's stock, while the change in your stock also changes the balance on other marketplace platforms. In addition, offers can be automatically ended when out of stock or resumed when the goods are back in your inventory.
BaseLinker will help you manage your pricing following your own rules. You can enable automatic price synchronization on offers according to the prices in the warehouse, as well as establish pricing rules for the offer if the price in the warehouse changes. Your offers can be automatically closed if the price changes to zero.
