If you run a shop on the Mercado Shops platform and wish to notify customers about their orders with SMS, BaseLinker is there to help. We have integrated the SerwerSMS.pl, popular communication platform that allows you to send order-related text messages regardless of their source (shop, marketplace, other).
Create any number of SMS templates in BaseLinker and use them, e.g. for a selected order list. Within a second the message will be sent to hundreds of Mercado Shops shop customers . Automate these actions by determining when the system should send messages, e.g., when orders reach a certain status or a payment is collected. If you want to send an individual message to a customer, do it from the order card.
Remember! No need to log on separately to the SerwerSMS.pl platform to send out messages - let them fly directly from BaseLinker panel, binding the whole process in one place!
