Integration Shopmania with Rating Captain

Integrating BaseLinker with Shopmania allows you to quickly list multiple offers in selected product categories. During listing process you can use any product source like BaseLinker warehouse, store warehouse, wholesaler or ERP. Thanks to BaseLinker's integration with Shopmania, stocks and prices in your offer will always be up-to-date and consistent with data you have in stock. Clear layout of information in BaseLinker panel will allow you to quickly verify which products already have offers on Shopmania platform. Additionally, you can download offers previously listed directly on the marketplace to BaseLinker and manage them all from our system. After a simple integration connection in your panel in section Integrations → Marketplace, you can immediately use the possibilities of the module.

Rating Captain is an application helping companies improve their appearance on opinion-forming portals. The analysis of the collected opinions allows to easily draw conclusions from customer ratings. Using artificial intelligence and predictive analysis, the Rating Captain allows you to quickly evaluate your business and implement improvements in your business.

How does the integration work?

Rating Captain gets order statuses from a given BaseLinker account to determine which status represents a completed order, where a request for review should be sent. Then, every few minutes, RatingCaptain queries the BaseLinker API and retrieves the id and email of orders that have changed status to completed. Review requests for these orders are queued and sent.

Sign up at Rating Captain. After signing in to the app, go to the "site" tab and from the integration level choose: integration with BaseLinker. Then enter your BaseLinker account API key.
