BaseLinker integrations with ERP programs are provided by external companies. BaseLinker does not create its own integrators of this type. Below you can find external integrators available for purchase from Humansoft. The integrator connects with the BaseLinker API and ERP database to exchange information. The integrator cost and the billing method depends on the software provider.

BaseLinker Integrator is a module used to import orders into HermesSQL or Corax directly from the BaseLinker platform. Thanks to this, when selling on Allegro, Amazon, E-BAY, Empik, Erli and other auction sites, orders flow into the BaseLinker platform and from there are imported into HermesSQL or Corax. This convenient functionality makes it possible to completely eliminate the manual way of registering e-orders and to realize sales from various online channels faster, combining them into one automated process.

BaseLinker integrator is primarily:
  • Import of e-orders from BaseLinker platform to HermesSQL or Corax system
  • Automatic registration of e-orders as ZS or ZO documents
  • Reservation of goods under order (HermesSQL only)
  • Intuitive generation of sales documents - invoice or receipt
  • Identification of a contractor by TIN
  • Intuitive way of creating a new customer file based on customer data from the order level form, in order to issue an invoice
  • Possibility of binding articles by EAN or SKU with barcode or article symbol by which storage management in ERP system is preserved
  • Support for unidentified goods
  • Map of payment forms
  • Handling service
  • Export order number from the system to BaseLinker for easy verification
