Trendyol is a Turkish marketplace in the fashion and lifestyle category. The platform has reached a valuation of 17 billion dollars and has over 40 million active customers.
Trendyol continually invests in promotion, with a strong focus on influencer marketing, which contributes to approximately 40% of their revenue. This strategy allows them to reach and engage the youngest segment of their audience.
Integration possibilities
Integration with Trendyol in BaseLinker allows:
- bulk listing offers on the marketplace (from your BaseLinker warehouse, online store, wholesaler, or ERP system);
- synchronization of stock levels and prices in your offers based on your warehouse;
- import previously listed Trendyol offers into the BaseLinker system;
- fetching orders in a selected status into BaseLinker;
- forwarding orders to your online store or ERP system;
- shipping label creation directly within BaseLinker.
- transmission of shipment tracking numbers to Trendyol;
- order status associations (any change in the order status in BaseLinker will also change the order status in the marketplace).
How to connect an integration?
In order to connect an integration to the system, you must have a registered account on the marketplace. To do so, please fill out the application form. Within 5 days, a Trendyol representative will get in touch with you to provide information about the required documents and the next registration steps.
Once your marketplace account is created, follow these steps:
- Log in to the BaseLinker panel and go to Integrations → +Add Integration, then search for Trendyol on the list.
- Enter any name for the account, and the Supplier ID, Customer ID, and Client Secret – you will receive these details from the marketplace support.
- Click Save, and you’re all set! If you entered the correct information, the integration will be added to your account.
Integration configuration
After successfully connecting the integration, in its settings (Integrations → Trendyol Account), you will see the following tabs:
- Connection – here, you can verify the connection with your account and enter the API token.
- Orders – in this tab, you can configure order-related settings, such as enabling/disabling order retrieval, setting the status for new orders, and configuring the transmission of tracking numbers, and more.
- Listing settings – from this tab, you can configure default listing settings for all offers, including category, offer template, source warehouse, and price multiplier.
- Order statuses – here you can enable order status associations. This will result in transmitting every status change for an order in the system to the marketplace. However, synchronization does not work in the opposite direction (changing the status on the marketplace side will not change the status in BaseLinker).
- Prices – the price synchronization module allows you to automatically sync prices in your offers according to the prices of the products in your warehouse.
- Stock – the stock synchronization module allows you to automatically sync stock levels in your offers according to the stock status of the products in your warehouse.
