Integration with Decathlon is a two-way integration that offers downloading orders from the marketplace to the BaseLinker panel, as well as listing and synchronizing offers. For listing you can use your store's warehouse, BaseLinker warehouse, wholesaler or external ERP system. Orders from Decathlon can be handled in the BaseLinker Order Manager or forwarded to the store / ERP. The number of Decathlon connected accounts is unlimited - you can add as many accounts as you need within your business, without affecting the subscription amount.

Bitrix24 is a CRM system to improve e-commerce customer service. You can connect email boxes, instant messaging, FB fanpage, VoIP telephony to have a 360 degree view of your customer's order and historical communication when they contact you. BaseLinker integration with Bitrix24 allows you to download all current and archived orders to Bitrix24. Based on customer data from the order, a contact card is created in the Bitrix24 CRM, and based on invoice data from the order, a Company card is created. All fields visible in the BaseLinker order are available in the Bitrix24 deal card. At intervals of 5 minutes, two-way synchronization between systems takes place. Deal card is also completed with products and their prices, which enables sales analysis.
